The experienced guys will know this, but here's a little tip for new pilots.

Many pilots often make the mistake of bunching up on a target's tail, desperate to try and get the kill first. In this video, watch from my team mate's point of few as I capitalise on the mistake of his pursuers.
Lesson? Always be checking your six. Situational awareness is key; learn to survive first, -then- learn how to kill.
