Why am I getting this highlighting around aircraft?  I'm also getting some ugly blocking effect to planes when I view aircraft in cloud. Anyone any ideas? |

There are loads of things it could be - are you using standard or custom graphics settings on the launcher screen? Also what settings do you have in PostFX?

custom in standard settings (medium shadows). No idea what all the other settings meant so left em.

if you are playing RB / AB then you might want to switch back to standard settings on the launcher screen then from game options make sure your postFX settings are default. If you are flying SB then there are some particular settings you need

That looks like shadow rendering issues, so turn the quality down on them.
Also check all drivers for your graphics card,divX and Netframe are all up to date.
